About Mandate

Mandate was originally built and executed within North American dealership operations, where its systems were developed, tested, and refined across high performance environments.

Its application within a group in the GCC validated the model at scale, proving its ability to support structured growth, operational control, and consistent performance in a regional context.

That became the entry point into the MENA market.

Mandate was established to bring that same level of control into the region, where many operations face the same structural gaps at a larger scale.

Most dealerships are not underperforming because of market conditions. They are underperforming because there is no real control.

Revenue is generated, activity is high, and data is everywhere, yet performance remains inconsistent, profit leaks across the operation, and results depend on who is in the building that day.

Without structure, growth does not improve a business. It exposes it.

Mandate is not a consulting firm built on advice or theory. It is a systems driven execution partner focused on installing control across sales, F&I, and inventory, where performance is most often lost.

By isolating variables, enforcing process, and aligning teams to measurable outcomes, Mandate transforms performance from something that fluctuates into something that is controlled.

The objective is not only improvement. It is control.

Omar Nada

Founder, Mandate

Omar spent over a decade inside dealership operations before he ever advised one. He ran sales floors, carried the number as a GM, and rebuilt underperforming stores from the inside — across luxury, mass market, and high volume environments in North America.

That background is the point. The systems Mandate installs are not academic. They were built under pressure, tested against real targets, and refined through failure as much as success.

In the GCC, Omar partnered with a major luxury to validate the model at scale, proving that what worked in Canada could be structured, enforced, and sustained in a regional context. That engagement became the foundation for Mandate's entry into the MENA market.

Today, Mandate works with a select number of dealer groups and owner-operators annually across the region. The focus is the same as it has always been: not performance advice, but permanent operating control.

“Most operations have performance. What they are missing is control. My job is to make sure that when I leave, the system runs and not because I built it, but because the team owns it.”
