Summary
Most performance problems in a dealership are not talent problems. They are structure problems. The right people are already in the building. What's missing is the system that tells them exactly what to do, when to do it, and how to be held accountable for it every single day.
Mandate does not arrive with a generic framework. Every engagement begins before we walk through the door.

1- Before we arrive
We request everything. By the time we arrive we already know where the money is leaking. We are not there to discover the problem. We are there to fix it.

2- Observe and Diagnose
We start at the top and work our way through every layer of the operation. We watch every handoff, every process, every moment where revenue is either captured or quietly lost. By the end of week one there are no surprises.

3- Install
Processes are installed across sales, F&I, and BDC. We do not force compliance. We build understanding. A process that people understand is a process that survives.

4- Enforce and Adjust
We return on site. We review what is working and where the process is breaking down. Adjustments are made in real time.

5- Transfer ownership
We leave behind a management rhythm that makes the GM the accountability structure. When it is embedded, the store no longer depends on who shows up on a given day. It depends on the system.
That is the only outcome Mandate considers a success.
